Brad came out on a Saturday and is going to order the part to fix our boiler. He seems very sincere and we feel that we can trust him. Update: Brad took excellent care of us. He fixed our boiler in a timely fashion with skill and great knowledge of boilers. He was kind and listened to our concerns. We appreciate Brad and US Heating and Air conditioning. After freezing for the last few days we are nice and warm again. ❤️ Thank you!!

Quick install and follow up service.

I called them on a Sunday, and they answered immediately. Said they would have someone here in an hour or hour and a half, and they was here just like they said….hour and a half. They knew their stuff and got right to work checking out our gas furnace. Unfortunately, we had to buy a new furnace, ours was 11 years old. We gave them a deposit, and they were here the next day (Monday), and installed it within a few hours. They were great and easy to talk to, and get along with. I couldn’t have ask for a better company to call. I will definitely be passing their phone number along to others that need furnace repairs! Awesome company.

Jacob and his “trainer” Jerod did a great job taking care of our semi annual service checkup. They were extremely thorough and explained everything they did in great detail. They were personable and professional. No doubt that Jacob is going to be an excellent technician as he proceeded on his own as well as took suggestions from Jerod who appears to be an experienced and knowledgeable instructor.

The US install team took great care to ensure they kept our home clean due to the inclement weather conditions. They stayed until the job task was complete which meant a10+ hour day for them. Thank you for your attention to detail!
